【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforclassificationofwireelectrodes,wiresandrodsforgas-shieldedmetalarcweldingandtungsteninert-gasweldingofcreep-resistingsteels,andfortheirdepositsintheas-weldedorpost-weldheat-treatedcondition.Onewireelectrodecanbetestedandclassifiedwithdifferentshieldinggases.ThisInternationalStandardisacombinedspecificationprovidingforclassificationutilizingasystembaseduponthechemicalcompositionofwireelectrodes,wiresandrodswithrequirementsforyieldstrengthandaverageimpactenergyof47Jofall-weldmetal,orutilizingasystembaseduponthetensilestrengthoftheall-weldmetaldepositsandthechemicalcompositionofwireelectrodes,wiresandrods.1)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“A”areapplicableonlytowireelectrodes,wires,rodsanddepositsclassifiedinaccordancewiththesystembaseduponthechemicalcompositionwithrequirementsforyieldstrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyof47Jofall-weldmetaldepositsunderthisInternationalStandard.2)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“B”areapplicableonlytowireelectrodes,wires,rodsanddepositsclassifiedinaccordancewiththesystembaseduponthetensilestrengthofall-weldmetaldepositsandthechemicalcompositionofwireelectrodes,wiresandrodsunderthisInternationalStandard.3)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichdonothaveeitherthesuffixletter“A”orthesuffixletter“B”areapplicabletoallwireelectrodes,wires,rodsanddepositsclassifiedunderthisInternationalStandard.
