【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwoempiricalmethodsforthequantitativedeterminationofthelossofmassfromaplasticmaterialunderdefinedconditionsoftimeandtemperature,inthepresenceofactivatedcarbon.Thesemethodsareused,inparticular,forthequantitativedeterminationofthelossonheatingofplasticizersfromplasticizedplasticmaterials,inwhichcaseitisgenerallyassumedthatnosignificantamountsofothervolatilematerialsarepresent.Theseareempiricaltestmethods,suitableonlyforaratherrapidcomparisonofthelossesofplasticizersor,ingeneral,ofvolatilecompounds,fromdifferentplastics.Theymayalsobeemployedforthecomparisonofdifferenttypesofplasticizers;inthiscase,standardcompoundsshouldbeprepared,onthebasisofawellcharacterizedresin,withknownratiosofresintoplasticizer.NOTEThesecomparisonsarepossibleonlyifthetestspecimensareofthesamethickness.Ifitcanbeassumedthat,afterreconditioning,themoisturecontentoftheexposedspecimensisequaltothatobtainingaftertheoriginalconditioning,theeffectofmoisturemaybeignored.Twomethodsarespecified:—MethodA:Thetestspecimensareindirectcontactwiththecarbon;thismethodisparticularlyusefulformaterialsthathavetobetestedatrelativelylowtemperaturesbecausetheyflowathighertemperatures.—MethodB:Thetestspecimensareplacedinwirecagesthatpreventdirectcontactbetweenthetestspecimensandthecarbon.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO230definesthreetestsforthedeterminationofthermaleffectsonmachinetools:?anenvironmentaltemperaturevariationerror(ETVE)test;?atestforthermaldistortioncausedbyrotatingspindles;?atestforthermaldistortioncausedbymovinglinearaxes.Thetestforthermaldistortioncausedbymovinglinearaxes(seeClause7)isapplicabletonumericallycontrolled(NC)machinesonlyandisdesignedtoquantifytheeffectsofthermalexpansionandcontractionaswellastherotationaldeformationofstructure.Forpracticalreasons,itisapplicabletomachineswithlinearaxesupto2000mminlength.Ifusedformachineswithaxeslongerthan2000mm,itwillbenecessarytochoosearepresentativelengthof2000mminthenormalrangeofeachaxisforthetests.ThetestscorrespondtodrifttestsaccordingtoISO/TR16015anddefinetheevaluationandthedetailedprocedureformachinetools.NOTEItisnotforeseenthatnumericaltoleranceswillbedeterminedforthetestsspecifiedinthispartofISO230.
