【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardprovidesproceduresforvalidatingenthalpicmeasurementsofdifferentialscanningcalorimeters(DSC)andanalyticalmethodsbaseduponthemeasurementofenthalpyorheatbyDSC.Performanceparametersdeterminedincludecalorimetricrepeatability(precision),detectionlimit,quantitationlimit,linearityandbias.Thismethodisapplicabletobothexothermicandendothermicevents.1.2Validationofapparatusperformanceandanalyticalmethodsisrequestedorrequiredforqualityinitiativesorwhereresultsmaybeusedforlegalpurposes.1.3SIunitsarethestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
