【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestolerances,designfeaturesandtestmethodsforthin-walledhalfbearingswithintegralflangeuptoanoutsidediameterofDoof250mmandwithoutflangeuptoanoutsidediameterofDoof500mm.Duetothevarietyofdesignitis,however,notpossibletostandardizethedimensionsofthehalfbearings.HalfbearingsaccordingtothisInternationalStandardarepredominantlyusedinreciprocatingmachineryandconsistofasteelbackingandoneormorebearingmetallayersontheinside.Inreciprocatingmachinery,flangedhalfbearingsmaybeusedinconnectionwithhalfbearingswithoutflange.Alternativelytoserveasaflangedhalfbearing,itispossibletouseahalfbearingwithoutflangetogetherwithtwoseparatehalfthrustwashersinaccordancewithISO6526;orahalfbearingwithassembledflanges.NOTEAlldimensionsandtolerancesaregiveninmillimetres.
