【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofvitaminK1infoodstuffsbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).ThedeterminationofVitaminK1contentiscarriedoutbymeasurementofreducedphylloquinone.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedformilkandinfantformula,howeverlaboratoryexperiencesexistwhichshowthatthemethodisalsoapplicabletoothertypeoffoodstuffs[10].
