【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241isintendedforusebythoseresponsibleforplanning,designing,developing,acquiring,andevaluatinginformation/communicationtechnology(ICT)equipmentandservices.ItprovidesguidelinesforimprovingtheaccessibilityofICTequipmentandservicessuchthattheywillhavewideraccessibilityforuseatwork,inthehome,andinmobileandpublicenvironments.Itcoversissuesassociatedwiththedesignofequipmentandservicesforpeoplewithawiderangeofsensory,physicalandcognitiveabilities,includingthosewhoaretemporarilydisabled,andtheelderly.Adetaileddesignforparticularequipmentoraservicecanbedevelopedbasedonitsrecommendations.Ifaspecificdetailedstandardexistsconcerningtheaccessibilityofequipmentorservices,thenitcanbeusedinconjunctionwiththatmorespecificstandard.Wheresuchstandardsarenotavailable,thispartofISO9241canthenformthebasisforthedesignoftheaccessibilityfeaturesofICTequipmentandservices.ItalsoprovidesgeneralguidelinesforacquiringandevaluatingICTequipmentandservices,includingbothhardwareandsoftwareaspectsofinformationprocessingequipment,electroniccommunicationfacilities,officemachines,andothersimilartechnologiesandservices,usedatwork,inthehome,andinmobileandpublicenvironments.Inaddition,itgivesimportantinformationaboutcontextofuse.Accessibilityisincreasedbyexpandingtherangeofcontextswhereequipmentandservicescanbeused.Contextofusecanresultfromthevariouscomponentsoftheequipmentorservice,includinguser,taskandequipment(hardware,softwareandmaterials)characteristics,aswellasthoseofphysicalandsocialenvironments.Contextofusecanbeconsideredwhenplanning,designing,developing,acquiringandevaluatingICTequipmentandservices.NOTEThispartofISO9241isahigh-levelstandardapplicabletoallICTequipmentandservices,therefore,detaileddescriptionsspecifictoequipmentorserviceshavebeenavoided.Itcanbereferredtoforthepreventionofbarrierstotradeorthemovementofpeopleinrespectofeachnational,regionalandinternationalstandardizationactivityinthisarea.MorespecificrecommendationsonsoftwareaccessibilityarecontainedinISO9241-171.
