【摘要】:Theresultsobtainedfromthistestmethodaresimplyameasureofthedegreeofhorizontalorverticalflowofsingle-componentormulti-componentsealantswhenappliedtoasetjointconfigurationattwopre-determinedtemperatures.Onlysamplesconditionedatthesametemperaturemaybedirectlycompared.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesalaboratoryprocedureforthedeterminationofrheological(flow)propertiesofsingle-andmulticomponentchemicallycuringsealantsforuseinbuildingconstruction.1.2Othersuitableflowcharacteristicsmaybeagreeduponbetweenthesellerandpurchaserorspecifier.Specialnonsagpropertiesandlowerflowcharacteristicsmayberequiredforuseinslopingjointswhereabsolutelevelingisnotdesired.Note1-Thesealantsaresuppliedinvariousrheologicalpropertiesrangingfrompourablefluidstostiffnonsaggingpastes.Multicomponentsealantsaresuppliedasabasecomponentwithanactivatororcuringagentseparatelypackaged.Aftermixingthemultipleparts,thesealantisreadyforapplication.Single-componentsealantsaresuppliedreadyforuseuponopeningofthepackageandusuallydependontheexternalenvironmentforcure.1.3Thistestmethoddescribesfourtypesofjointsealants:1.3.1TypeI-Single-componentflowableorself-leveling,1.3.2TypeII-Single-componentnonsag,1.3.3TypeIII-Multicomponentflowableorself-leveling,and1.3.4TypeIV-Multicomponentnonsag.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
