【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheclassificationofsolidwiresandrodsforfusionweldingoftitaniumandtitaniumalloys.Theclassificationofthesolidwiresandrodsisbasedontheirchemicalcomposition.Fortitanium-weldingconsumables,thecompositionsofthewireelectrodesfortheMIGprocess(metalinertgaswelding)arethesameasfortheTIGprocess(tungsteninert-gasarcwelding),theplasmaarcprocess,thelaserbeamprocess,andotherfusionweldingprocesses.Therefore,theuseoftheword"wires/rods"inthisclassificationreferstoboth"wireelectrodes"and"wiresandrods"inthisInternationalStandard.NOTEInthisInternationalStandard,theword"titanium"isusedfor"titaniumandtitaniumalloys".Theclassificationoftitaniumwires/rodsisbaseduponthechemicalcompositionofthewires/rods.
