【摘要】:TheaccuratemeasurementofpHinatmosphericwetdepositionisanessentialandcriticallyimportantcomponentinthemonitoringofatmosphericwetdepositionfortrendsintheacidityandoverallairquality.Atmosphericwetdepositionis,ingeneral,alowionicstrength,unbufferedsolution.Specialprecautions,asdetailedinthistestmethod,arenecessarytoensureaccuratepHmeasurements(1).Specialemphasismustbeplacedonminimizingtheeffectoftheresidualliquidjunctionpotentialbias.ThistestmethodisapplicableonlytothemeasurementofpHinatmosphericwetdeposition.Itsuseinotherapplicationsmayresultininaccuracies.Fig.1providesafrequencydistributionofprecipitationpHvaluesmeasuredinconjunctionwithanationalmonitoringprogramwithintheUnitedStates.ThesedataareanindicationoftherangeofpHvaluescommontoatmosphericwetdeposition.FIG.1FrequencyDistributionofMeasuredLaboratorypHofAtmosphericWetDepositionFromthe1984NationalAtmosphericDepositionProgram(NADP)/NationalTrendsNetwork(NTN)1.1ThistestmethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofpHinatmosphericwetdepositionsamplesbyelectrometricmeasurementusingeitherapHhalfcellwithareferenceprobeoracombinationelectrodeasthesensor.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400presentsmeasurementproceduresthatenablenoiseemissionsofawindturbinetobecharacterised.Thisinvolvesusingmeasurementmethodsappropriatetonoiseemissionassessmentatlocationsclosetothemachine,inordertoavoiderrorsduetosoundpropagation,butfarenoughawaytoallowforthefinitesourcesize.Theproceduresdescribedaredifferentinsomerespectsfromthosethatwouldbeadoptedfornoiseassessmentincommunitynoisestudies.Theyareintendedtofacilitatecharacterisationofwindturbinenoisewithrespecttoarangeofwindspeedsanddirections.Standardisationofmeasurementprocedureswillalsofacilitatecomparisonsbetweendifferentwindturbines.Theprocedurespresentmethodologiesthatwillenablethenoiseemissionsofasinglewindturbinetobecharacterisedinaconsistentandaccuratemanner.Theseproceduresincludethefollowing:·locationofacousticmeasurementpositions;·requirementsfortheacquisitionofacoustic,meteorological,andassociatedwindturbineoperationaldata;·analysisofthedataobtainedandthecontentforthedatareport;and·definitionofspecificacousticemissionparameters,andassociateddescriptorswhichareusedformakingenvironmentalassessments.Thestandardisnotrestrictedtowindturbinesofaparticularsizeortype.Theproceduresdescribedinthisstandardallowforthethoroughdescriptionofthenoiseemissionfromawindturbine.If,insomecases,lesscomprehensivemeasurementsareneeded,suchmeasure-mentsaremadeaccordingtotherelevantpartsofthisstandard.
