【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansforresinproducersandusersaswellassolventandvarnishmanufacturerstoratevarioustypesofresinsforsolubilitybyassigninganumericaldilutabilityvalue.Thispercentdilutabilityvaluecanbeusedtodifferentiateresintypesforendusersandcanbeutilizedasaqualitycontroltoolbyresinmanufacturers.Whenrunningaseriesofthesetests,thesamelotorbatchofdilutionsolventmustbeusedthroughouttoensurereproducibleresults.1.1Thistestmethodcoversbothvolumetricandgravimetricdeterminationofresinsolutiondilutabilitywhichgivesanumericalvaluefortheoverallsolubilityoftheresinexpressedaspercentdilutability.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicableonlyifthetestsolutionisofsufficientclaritytoallowaccuratevisualjudgementoftheendpointandoflowenoughviscosityforefficientmixingtotakeplace.1.3Thistestmethodisprimarilyfor,butnotlimitedto,resinsusedintheprintinginkindustry.1.4Thepercentsolventtoleranceofaresincanbedeterminedusingthistestmethodifthesolventintheresinsolutionandthedilutionsolventarethesame.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheclassificationofIRdevicesintogroupsandclassesinordertoidentifyandclarifyproblemscausedbymutualinterference.Mutualinterferenceiscausedbytheincreasingparallelapplicationofdifferentinfrared(IR)systems.Duetoitsphysicalcharacteristics,thepossibilityoflocallimitationisaspecialfeatureofIRradiation.Inthisstandard,thewavelengthrangefrom700nmto1600nmisconsidered.AllsystemsbasedonfreeairapplicationwhichintentionallyorunintentionallyuseIRradiationinthisrange,areincluded.ProductswhichunintentionallyemitIRradiation,suchasilluminationequipmentarenotdeemedtobeIRapplicationsystems.Theyare,however,integratedintothisstandardinordertoenablefacilityplannerstotakeintoconsiderationandtoforeseeprovisionsagainstdisturbanceofIRapplicationsystemsbysuchunintentionallyemittedradiation.TheobjectofthisstandardistopreventoratleasttominimizemutualinterferenceandtoallowthecoexistenceofdifferentIRproducts.ItisintendedtoidentifyeachIRproductbyitscharacteristics,accordingtotheclassificationcriteria.ItisnottheobjectofthisstandardtodescribetheconsequencesofinterferencebetweenIRsystemsorsafetyaspectsofopticalradiation.Allapplicationsoffibre-optictechnologyareexcluded.Inthiscontext"freeair"meansfreelyradiatedIRinindoororoutdoorapplications.IftheIRsystemsareusedforinformationtransmission,thisstandardisonlyrelevantinconnectionwiththephysicallayeroftheopensystemsinterconnection(OSI)referencemodel(ISO7498-1).NOTEThereadershouldbeawarethatariskofinterferencebetweendifferentinfraredsystemsasassessedbythisstandardisbasedongeneralparametersandthereforecannottakealltheparametersinvolvedintoaccount.Inmanycasesthepracticalresultsmaydifferfromthoseexpected,forexamplethepositioningofsenderandreceiverandthechoiceofadvancedcodinganddecodingschemes.Allthesefactorsbeyondthephysicallayermayhaveaneffectonthefinalresult.
