【摘要】:Therectangularorsquarecopperalloytubecoveredbythistestmethodmaybeusedinapplicationsinwhichcontroloftwistisimportanttoproperfitinfinalassemblyandtominimizereworktobringthetubeintocompliance.Itisrecognizedthattheamountoftwist,indegrees,perincrementoflengthcanchangeasaresultoftheweightoftheproductanditslengthduringmeasurement.Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedureformeasuringthetwistinsquareandrectangularcopperandcopperalloytubesasameasureofthedeviationfromstraightness.Thistestmethodallowsthepurchaserandsupplierormanufacturertoinspectsquareandrectangularcopperandcopperalloytubewithastandardtechniquethatprovidesacceptabletwistindeliveredtubes.1.1Thistestmethodestablishestherequirementsforthedeterminationoftheangleoftwistinrectangularandsquarecopperandcopperalloytube.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthehydroperoxidecontentexpressedashydroperoxidenumberofaviationturbine,gasolineanddieselfuels.Therangeofhydroperoxidenumberincludedintheprecisionstatementis0to50mg/kgactiveoxygenashydroperoxide.Theinterlaboratorystudytoestablishtheprecisionofthistestmethodconsistedofspark-ignitionenginefuels(regular,premiumandCaliforniaCleaner-Burninggasoline),aviationgasoline,jetfuel,ultralowsulfurdiesel,andbiodiesel.However,biodieselwasnotincludedintheprecisioncalculationbecauseofthelargedifferencesinresultswithinlabsandbetweenlabs.Thistestmethoddetectshydroperoxidessuchast-butylhydroperoxideandcumenehydroperoxide.Itdoesnotdetectsterically-hinderedhydroperoxidessuchasdicumylanddi-t-butylhydroperoxidesDi-alkylhydroperoxidesaddedcommerciallytodieselfuelsarenotdetectedbythistestmethod.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,see7.3,7.6,9.2,andAnnexA1.
