【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversaluminum1350-H19(extrahard),1350-H16or-H26(3/4hard),1350-H14or-H24(1/2hard),1350-H142or-H242(1/2hard),andaluminumalloy8XXXseriesaslistedinSpecificationB800fortempers"O"andH1XorH2X,barestrandedconductorscomposedofoneormorerollershapedordiecompressedlayersofhelicallylayedwires.Theconductorsareforgeneraluseforelectricalpurposes(ExplanatoryNotes1and2).Note1Forthepurposesofthisspecification,singleinputwire(SIW)constructionisdefinedasfollows:astrandedconductordesignmethodologythatvariesthenumberofwireswithinarangeofconductorsizesinordertopermitthatrangeofconductorsizestobeconstructedfromasinglewiresize.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.1.2.1Fordensity,resistivity,andtemperature,thevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Note2Priorto1975,aluminum1350wasdesignatedasECaluminum.Note3ThealuminumandtemperdesignationsconformtoANSIH35.1.Aluminum1350correspondstoUnifiedNumberingSystemA91350inaccordancewithPracticeE527.Aluminumalloysinthe8000seriescorrespondtoUnifiedNumberingSystemA98XXXinaccordancewithPracticeE527.Note4Thisspecificationalsopermitsconductorsforuseascoveredorinsulatedelectricalconductors.Note5Sealedconductors,whichareintendedtopreventlongitudinalwaterpropagationandarefurthercovered/insulated,arealsopermittedwithintheguidelinesofthisspecification.
