【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedtodeterminethedegreetowhichaninkjetcartridgefailstoprint.Thismaybeduetodryingofinkjetink,precipitationofaninkingredientduringperiodsofinactivity,orimproperfillingoftheinkjetcartridge.ThispracticecanbeusedfortheevaluationofanOEM(originalequipmentmanufacturer)cartridgecomparedtoarefilledorremanufacturedinkjetprintercartridgewhenthispracticeisperformedonthesameprinter.Thispracticeisapplicabletoall-inoneinkjetcartridges,whethersingleormulticolor.Thispracticecanbeusedtoassessdesigngoalsofmanufacturersorremanufacturersofinkjetprintercartridgesforinkcapability,inkfillingeffectiveness,andthemanufacturingorremanufacturingprocess.Thispracticecanbeusedtodeterminethereliabilityofadevelopment,production,orcompetitiveinkjetink.Thispracticemaybeusedforresearchanddevelopmentandforqualityacceptanceevaluation.1.1Thispracticedescribeshowtodeterminetheabilityofanall-in-oneinkjetcartridgetoprintreliablyduringthelifeoftheinkjetcartridge.1.2Thispracticecanbeusedtoevaluatethereliabilityofanall-in-oneinkjetcartridgeasitwouldbeusedunderdailyuseconditions.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
